Please be careful of your beautiful knits, your knots can snag!

Each ring is hand-crafted, so the shapes of the knots will vary.

I create each knot using 14k gold-fill or sterling silver wire, the purest metal on the market for wire.

I’m not responsible for any reactions to metal, lost or damaged packages during transit, or injury by jewelry. If unsure about metal properties, please contact me before purchase. Avoid wearing or using jewelry during strenuous physical activity or in water, and always test metal before wearing for long periods of time. You are responsible for how you wear, use, store, and manage your jewelry once purchase has been made.

Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in the metal market. Due to this, all coupon codes & specials are only valid during time of sale.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS and should arrive within 5 business days. Please allow up to 1 week of processing time before shipping, as each item is made to order by hand.

International orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS and should arrive within 3-4 weeks. Please allow up to 1 week of processing time before shipment, as each item is made to order by hand.

Each order comes packaged in a muslin cotton bag, placed within a bubble mailer. I’m not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

I want you to love your knots, so please contact me with questions before purchase. If an item does not work for you after purchase, I’m happy to offer an exchange for a new knot, or a different style or size. Exchanges can only be accepted within 5 days of delivery, and items must be sent back with original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. I’m not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
